Deck size is 23.2 x 4.5m so it can be used for interlinks as well as articulated vehicles.

Life Cycle Test 25 Ton Point Loading Module
Design Life Cycle test is based on 500 trucks per day for 265 days, a life span of 20 years is achieved if the axle loading is within design criteria.
Trek Scale Company has two robotic welding lines to ensure correct welding methods are followed at all time. All steel (300 to 350WA) is locally sourced and carries a quality certificate from Arcelor Mittal.
