These Automatic scales have been designed for the weighing of a wide range of products at high thruput capacities e.g. Sugar Industries, Grain Industries, Fish Industries. Scales are custom designed to meet the application with due consideration to material / product and capacity required i.e. at maximum level, not average thruput.   Construction of weighing system could be fully electronic. Automatic test facilities are available, if required. Pneumatic supply required.

Capacity range: 50 to 1000 Tons per Hour, dependant on product and weighbin capacity; Inclusive buffer bin.

Accuracy: Better that 0.25% It complies with most countries Weights and Measures requirements.

These automatic scales have been designed to meet the needs of Bagging Off of a large variety of free flowing products. Alternatively, for measuring the thruput of the said products. Construction of the weighbin, Intake and Discharge chute can be mild steel or stainless, dependent on the products weighed. Bagging Off models would be supplied with pneumatic Bag Clamp and Discharge units. Minimum maintenance required.

Capacity range: 5 tons to 20 tons per hour, dependant on weighing capacity. E.g.  ± 400 / 500 Tips per Hour. 

Accuracy: Will comply with most Weights and Measures requirements for various countries.

The system is fully electronic, incorporating specially designed high speed values. It comes complete with a microprocessor and controller. Automatic testing facilities and activation are available.

Capacity: Ranges from 15 - 1000 Tons/hour.
